Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for programmes offered by our Academy and for services delivered by our Digital division. Where a specific programme page, proposal or agreement states different terms, those specific terms apply.

2. Academy programmes

• Requests to cancel an enrolment must be made in writing to our official email address, with your name, registered phone number, course and payment reference.
• Refund eligibility depends on the terms published for the relevant programme and on whether classes, materials or tests have already been accessed.
• Fees are generally not refundable once a batch has started or once study materials, recorded sessions or test series have been made available.
• Where a batch is cancelled or rescheduled by us and you choose not to continue, you may opt for a transfer to another batch or a refund of the fee paid for that batch.

3. Digital services

• Project advances confirm your booking and cover planning and initial work; they are generally non-refundable once work has started.
• If a project is cancelled midway, charges apply for work completed up to the date of cancellation, as per the accepted proposal.
• Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, licences, plugins and advertising spend are non-refundable once purchased.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or to a bank account provided by the payer. We aim to complete processing within 7–10 working days after approval; the time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on your bank.

5. Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice or a payment was debited without being credited to your enrolment or invoice, please share the transaction details with us. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full.
