1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or enrolling in any programme or service offered by AEY VEE THRIVES (OPC) Pvt Ltd, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

2. Programmes & services

Course availability, fees, batch schedules, syllabus coverage and service deliverables are subject to the details and terms published for the relevant programme or service, or agreed in writing for a specific project. We may revise schedules, faculty or delivery modes where necessary and will inform affected students or clients.

3. Enrolment & accounts

• Information you provide during registration and enrolment must be accurate and complete.
• Your account is personal. Do not share your login details or allow others to access your classes, tests or materials.
• Access to a programme is activated after the applicable fee is received and verified.
• We may suspend access in cases of misuse, misconduct or non-payment.

4. Study materials & intellectual property

All study materials, recorded sessions, tests, website content, designs and logos are the property of AEY VEE THRIVES or its licensors. They are provided for your personal learning only and may not be copied, downloaded (unless download is enabled), recorded, shared, resold or published without written permission.

5. Results & outcomes

Our coaching and guidance are designed to support your preparation and decisions. Examination results, selections, rankings and business outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, and we do not guarantee any particular result.

6. Digital projects

For digital services, the scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing and payment milestones are defined in the proposal or quotation accepted by the client. Clients are responsible for providing content, approvals and access needed for timely delivery. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licences and advertising spend are payable as agreed.

7. Fees & payments

Fees are payable as published or quoted. Invoices are issued for payments received. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AEY VEE THRIVES is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific programme or service concerned.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes to these terms
